Yesterday morning, I was driving Blu over to a friend's house to spend the day.
So happens, Blu's father was within 1/4 mile of the friend's house moving some hay bales from a lease pasture, he's a cattle rancher. I called him and he met us on the road to surprise Blu with a short visit. He gave her one last hug and a kiss on the cheek before parting.

Blu: Daddy needs to shave. His whiskers hurt.
Tara: I'm sorry Darling. I'm sure he would have shaved this morning just for you had he of known he was going to see you. His facial hair grows so slowly that he only shaves like twice a week.
Blu: No worries. It's a good kind of pain, like when you pinch yourself.
You know what I mean?

I busted out laughing and smiling.

Blu: What's so funny?
Tara: Nothing Darling. You are just so funny at times.
Blu: Are you going to blog that?
Tara: Probably so.
Blu: There's nothing like The Blu is there.
Tara: Absolutely nothing quite like The Blu.

Yes, The Blu uses rhetorical questions with ease and poignant placement and occasionally refers to herself in the third person. She's GOOOLLLD!
